Standard Delivery Service

Our standard delivery service covers most of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, including Tung Chung and Ma Wan
No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays
In the circumstance of a Typhoon 8 or black rainstorm warning, deliveries will be rearranged and confirmed through WhatsApp
HK$150 delivery fee will be charged if the order is under HK$800
The delivery fee is waived when the order is HK$800 or above
Orders are eligible for self-pick up service at our office without any amount cap

Order Cut Off Time

Orders must be placed 2 business days prior to the delivery date (cut-off time: 2pm)

No shows

Please ensure someone is at the delivery address provided from 10am – 5pm on the delivery day to acknowledge receipt of the order
If there is a no show, we shall contact you through phone or WhatsApp to make alternative arrangements

Change of address/delivery schedule

Should there be any change in delivery address and/or timing, please urgently notify us through phone or WhatsApp at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery

Guarantee

Our delivery vehicles are refrigerated to ensure we maintain the highest standard of quality through transportation
Should there be any issue on the order, please reach out to us within 24 hours upon receipt of your product(s) and we would be happy to discuss further
